On the Parish Council's own website, the minutes available are listed haphazardly, are only for meetings since May 2006, and are in MS Word only. On this website the minutes are listed chronologically, are available back to Jan 2005, and recent ones are available in two versions, the original MS Word document and an 'HTML' web-page. A program of conversion to web-page format is under way for earlier minutes.

We recommend viewing the 'HTML' version where available because loading is far quicker, and reading on-screen much easier, than Word.

All minutes open in separate windows so you can have several open at the same time allowing you to follow the progress of an item.

Abbreviations: "WPC" = Welney Parish Council; "Ord. Mtg" = ordinary meeting; "WASH" = The Parish Council's archive & social history committee.
