Welney Parish Council a rather drab site with little content was started in mid 2006 and was not improve for 5 years. In 2011 a better-looking site provided by Norfolk CC replaced the original one but still with very little content - details of the current year's meetings but not much else. (Not even a reciprocal link!). You will also find much more information about the Parish Council (or becoming a Councillor) on our own Parish Council pages than you will on theirs, and as the Council's minutes from 2005 to date are available on this site (see index ) there seems little point to the Council site.

Christchurch Parish Council do not currently have a website. Christchurch No content for many years but revived in March 2008. Maps, Parish Council minutes, the local newsletter (The Heron), photo archive, etc From our archives you can read a page from an earlier version of the above that had details of the 1999 Christchurch village appraisal which contains a potted history of the parish including part of Tipps End. An interesting new non-council site was set up in Nov 2006 by "CAT" - the Christchurch Action Team; not updated after March 2008 when the team completed their task. In 2011 site appears to be unavailable.
